The RAP directly supports the AA in creating an environment where different perspectives are recognized and respected, opportunities to flourish relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples both within and exterior the agency, deepening the cultural diversity of our workforce, and providing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees with worthy opportunities to be involved across the spectrum of our service activities.
