*****AINSLIE KARATE SCHOOL DETAILS*****We first opened its doors in 2009 and we have been serving the Inner North of Canberra ever since with great reputation.
Karate is a Japanese martial art and our style is of karate is called Kyokushin. Typically a class will focus on fitness, conditioning, pad & bag work, flexibility and plenty rounds of sparring and sparring tactics.
Kyokushin Karate is a style famous for its seriously practical self defense exercised both inside the dojo and applied at tournaments.Our club is affiliated with the International Kyokushin Organisation (IKO1) in Tokyo, Japan and our club competes on the local, national and international level.

Children are picked up from School and transported to Ainslie Karate School. They fill up on afternoon tea, have their Karate lesson and parents pickup their kids anytime before 6pm. The program runs on happy faces from the kids and fantastic feedback from the parents.
