Peter joined ING at the first of 2010 to lead the finance team and to provide expert stewardship of ING’s financial processes. Peter has successfully implemented improvements to processes and reporting, while also providing ING with expert financial modeling and strategy advice. His focus is balanced between the slick running of the financial aspects of ING’s current business operations as healthy as providing strategy and structuring advice for business growth initiatives including mergers and acquisitions. Peter has a passion for growing businesses. Pam joined Independent Property Group in 1998 and is now our Corporate Services Manager.
