Our collection caters for all ages and sizes and there is even a small section for men and children. Visit us at our purpose built shop in barrier street to see our wide range of amazing designer pieces. We're delighted to be able to share with you our love of design and textiles. All clothes are in mint condition & represent value for money to the discerning customer with an eye for style. Plus, there's free parking! Material Pleasures was established in 1987. We operated in markets until 2009 when we established our Barrier Street shopfront and workroom. All our staff are committed to the concept of recycling combined with a love of fashion. Our sociable staff are glad to assist with styling and sizing advice, leading you through the labels as your tastes and needs change.

Material Pleasures buys and sells contemporary and recent season designer items. We select only the best and most interesting pieces from established and upandcoming designers. Our collection caters for all ages and sizes. We invite you to browse the list lower of brands we DO accept. This list is a good indicator of what we are looking for. If you choose to accept our offer, payment is made on the following Wednesday directly into your nominated bank account.
