Spiral of Light is a healing centre located in Central Canberra. You are encouraged to take personal responsibility for your growth so that you can feel empowered by the steps you take to improve your overall health and well-being. All of the courses are experiential as we believe in giving you as many tools as possible. We teach courses around Australia relating to spirituality and a wide range of healing modalities. Each shape creates a different feeling in the body and connects with a unique universal energy. Using the shapes to heal your body is much like using the universe to heal it and therefore, we believe that using shapes is one of the most powerful ways to heal the body and Earth. In some forms of science the whole universe is made of sacred geometric shapes and each shape has a different role in its makeup. Sacred geometry is used to heal the body, mind and spirit through geometric shapes. We also use breathing techniques with our clients to assist them in connecting with a higher sense of well being and awareness. We are continually updating the techniques and processes we use with clients to adapt to the ever changing world in which we live in. We use and teach grounding, shielding and protection to help you feel safe and supported in our sessions and your life.
