Our management of the cleaning services and / or other facility services that your organization may require will consist of three key areas:
The only way to ensure that quality is delivered to you on a consistent basis is to make a quality manager designated to observe, inspect, correct and maintain quality supply of service at all times.
Our quality systems manager will be supported by the area supervisor both will conduct regular inspections and relevant quality audits and liaise with you or your representative on a weekly to fortnightly to monthly basis.
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
All management levels are available to you 24/7 to assist you with any issues or emergencies that we can help you with. This equates to your building /office having your own facilities management professionals without the additional cost.
Their function is to successfully implement the start up of the cleaning function followed by ongoing quality control and maintaining the highest of standards possible. They can also provide all your facilities maintenance, consumables, and supplement any existing arrangements that you may have with other organizations.
STAFF ALLOCATION
Staff will be trained and inducted before taking up any duties at your premises.
